La ubicación

-No me dieron hoja de reclamación tras mi solicitud. -No tuve electricidad en la habitación durante la noche. A las 06:45 volví a tenerla tras llamar a recepción. - Aun a pesar de haber pagado al hacer el check-in la entrada a la habitación estaba bloqueada por la noche (tuve que bajar a recepción para activarla) -Peesonal poco eficiente y poco resolutivo. -Al hacer el check out envié e-mail al director para informar, sin obtener ninguna repuesta del hotel ni del director, ni siquiera recibí e-mail confirmando que habían recibido el e-mail (en recepción me comunicaron verbalmente la recepción del mismo).
