Tv did not work. Bed spread was filthy.

The staff was nice

Everything! The 1st room the heat didn’t work so we had to move rooms late at night. The second room was had dirty walls and bathroom. We didn’t have any hot water for showers or baths. We had our grandchild with us and the tub had balls of hair all in it that we had to clean before using. The bathroom sink leaked all in the floor and the toilet leaked. We had to keep our grandchild in the bed because the carpet and furniture was so nasty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property was in need of a remodel, our room didn’t have hot water, the sink leaked all in the floor, the shower and curtain had alot of hair and mold. The room was an no smoking room and smelled like old cigarette smoke. The 2 nd room we rented smelled of strong marijuana, you could hear everything the people above you was doing. The 2 nd night the smell, music, and noise was so bad the we had to go the front desk and the police was called for a domestic violence. The owners were very nice and apologize for all our issues but never offered to refund any of our money. I will never stay at this place again.
