Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Branson - Near the Strip

Only thing I guess I could say I liked was the price and it was close to the Clay Cooper Theatre.

Where to begin? I understand with the price that I paid. It was not gonna be a perfect hotel. But take some pride and clean it! The sheets were disgusting with hair and dirt and what look like blood that have been on there forever. The freezer has I don’t know what growing on it. The back of the toilet had spots on it that could just be wiped off. There was a stain on the sink area and I wiped it right off. The towels and the wash cloths for the sink in the shower were the same way stained and rough. I ended up sleeping in the bed on top of the main bedspread in my clothes! I felt safe in the room, but there was no people in the door for me to look outside to see who was at the door. I would’ve had to open up the curtains to see. Like I said, I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and I know that some hotels due to the price are not gonna be perfect, but they were clean. When you pull the bedspread sheet down and see hair all over the sheets it makes me wonder if you even clean the sheets. I would’ve said something to the girl at checkout but all she asked was are you checking out and took the room keys. That’s it. Nothing about how was your stay? Have a good time. Hope you enjoyed your visit. Nothing.

I liked being able to enter from the ground floor. The room was very spacious and had a large variety of channels to watch on TV.

Its was filthy and shower didn't work. Had bugs everywhere

Had electrical issues with inside lighting and charged an extra $20 for a pet.

It was a good breakfast.

We had a short visit, with everything going well.

We arrived late, no problem, the gentleman was very nice. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was outstanding.vi would go there again.

Only two thing i didnt care for. The stairs up to the rooms and the beds are really high. I had a hard time getting in bed cause im a shorty. But I really liked the stay..

The location was good and the staff was nice.

There was a dead baby roach on the bathroom floor. No hot water in the shower and it was very difficult to get the water even turned on. The walls were concrete so it did remind you of a jail cell, no pictures.
