Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Branson - Near the Strip

The breakfast was better than normal. It looked like someone put care into it. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. No bugs !! Didn't smell.

The owner and staff was very nice and respectful had a issue and called maintenance and they were up here within 5 minutes and fix the issue willing refer this hotel to my family and friends and willing to say again thank you Neil and staff for a great stay an experience

The people were especially friendly. All requests handled quickly. It was quiet and my daughter and I enjoyed it.

Even though the facility was order our room #301 was recently nicely undated including an oversized jetted tub. Nice room for a getaway with my wife.

Honestly there was not anything good to say about this place.

It was extremely dirty, nothing like shown in the pictures. Shower/bath tub was falling apart, the fire alarm beeped all night. There was mold that had attempted to be painted over would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. The air conditioner was not in working condition. The pool pictured was not in working condition. One of the worst places I have ever stayed.

King size bed and comfortable. Breakfast was provided.

Bathroom was a little tight. Cosmetic issues had not been addressed (paint on door frames, water in sink was only hot). The door was very hard to close (this could be good or bad - good for safety reasons but bad if you don't get it closed really good)

Very dirty. It was dirty around refrigerator. There were crumbs and things. It had to have been there a while. Also dust accumulated. I couldn't stay under those conditions. I was afraid to touch anything. I told the lady at the office that it appeared that cleaning was not a priority. She just denied that.

Very friendly and courteous person at the desk.
