Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Branson - Near the Strip

Off the strip in branson but still convenient.

No hot water. Sheets were stained. They came and changed the sheets staff very friendly. Front of bathroom counter had something on it. Ice bucket rim had dried red substance on it.

breakfast was pretty sorry with no juices to drink because I do not drink coffee

Rooms were clean.

No hot water in one shower, door was hard to get open, pictures online did not match what hotel looked like, no breakfast as advertised.

I would not recommend this hotel for several reaons. Breakfast was not available. They said they would not start serving breakfast until March. There was no hot water so they moved us to a different room and it wasn't much better. Only luke warm water for our showers. The office was not open in the morning when we tried to notify about no hot water. We had to knock on the door several times before someone let us in and they appeared to have just rolled out of bed with bed head and still wearing pajamas. The rooms are dimly lit and the curtains would not shut completely. We used the clips of two ink pens to close the curtains.

I liked the friendliness of the receptionist.

I did not like that the room was dirty with bits of dog food on the floor, the ceiling was falling down with part of it on the bed as well as sheets dirty with water stains on them.

Staff were very nice and helpful.

Walls were thin making it easy to hear everything from rooms around you.
