Viaggio 617 Suites

The hotel hosted an invasion of musicians, who sang, shouted and played instruments all day long in their rooms but with the doors totally open, each and every day of my stay of four days. Although I complained several times about this unbearable situation, the staff did absolutely nothing to work it out. During the check in, the concierge told me that I would find a bottle of spring water in the room as a welcome courtesy but it was not there. I asked for it two times with no success.

The hotel's location and staff were great. The bed in our room however was not. The mattress kept sinking and was extremely uncomfortable.

My wife and I and our adult daughter had three great nights at the Viaggio 617. Our suite included two fully equipped bedrooms, each with a king bed. Truly it was one of the most spacious hotel rooms ever. The hotel was very quiet and the reception staff were exceptional with helping a non-Spanish speaker with everything from directions to calling cabs. Whatever we asked they responded professionally. Breakfast was included and quite adequate. I ate twice at the hotel dining room and was pleased each time with both selection and price. The hotel is also within a short cab ride to shopping and city sights. Would definitely stay at Viaggio 617 again.

Excellent. Very confortable, and clean. The large bed is quite good.

Wonderful small hotel that is conveniently located in a charming neighborhood. Small kitchenette was sufficient for what I needed, and the daily room cleaning kept the space feeling fresh. I was in a room that faced the interior of the building and though I had no 'view', it was wonderfully quiet, which was much more valuable to me. The breakfast was ample and appreciated.

What a great place to stay .... Clean comfortable and staylish ..... Everyone has an smile all the time ....excellent customer service.

Hotel is very nice, I loved the comic/pop decoration, it gives a nice and young feel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchenette is complete enough to cook basic meals. Very clean, quiet and great service. People at front desk and bellboys where very nice. Location is very good and you have a 24hr supermarket just 2 blocks away. I was very happy to chose this hotel. It was my first time in Bogota and a friend of mine who lives there recommended the location. Breakfast was ok, not the best but fresh and enough. I would definetely recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Bogota just for a couple of days or longer stays.

The hotel was in a perfect location, and really well appointed. Great supermarket nearby. Breakfast was limited in choice, but nice enough. Check in was a little slow, and the guy was really unhelpful. Very little English spoken, by any of the staff.

I arrived a few hours before the room was ready. I was invited to breakfast while I waited. I'm familiar with this area of Bogota, but had never seen this hotel before--and it's as close to perfect for a boutique hotel as it could be! Quiet room on a very noisy corner. Very gracious, helpful staff. And now for the best part: there are six other properties in Bogota with the Viaggio name. I hope to try more of them.
