The personnel is more than great. They are always trying to check if you are doing well.

A comfy place in a great location. I booked this hotel specifically because it’s walking distance to some wonderful restaurants. We stayed 4 nights and had great meals every night. It’s also great because it’s right in the center of the city. Not the fanciest spot but for the price really no complaints!! It’s right down the road from a 24 hour grocery store too. Def recommend this hotel.

Rooms are lacking features such as utensils in kitchen and iron in the room. The shower head was fixed to the wall and sprayed nearly up to the roof. The gentleman working the overnight shifts is a grouch, and lacks basic customer service standards. The hotel seems like a retirement apartment shared for seniors? The hammock in the grand suites was a great touch. Opt for the Grand Suite, the bed size was HUGE, the view is amazing (Monserrate) but the windows were so dirty you could barely see out. The private company hired for security in the building were pleasant and attentive. The maids and cleaning staff are loud, having full conversations at 8am outside the doors. There is no AC, and only a few (very small) windows. We will not stay here again or recommend to friends.

Great hotel in great neighborhood. I have stayed here 7-8 times.

Very accommodating staff in a great location with lots of things to do and see nearby. More relaxing and quiet than staying in the popular Candelaria neighborhood.

I don't usually review, but feel a more 'critical' review is needed after booking this hotel after reading so many positive ones. When we booked, we booked the larger 'suite' with a KING size bed. Paid extra for that. Upon check in, the 'suite' was really not what anyone considers a 'suite', and the KING size bed was a QUEEN size. I know... Hardly a deal breaker. But I'm here to point out that the photos the hotel are very misleading. Looking back at the booking page, they happen to omit the number of square feet the room size is. Well, wonder no longer. These rooms are small. Bathrooms tiny, no room even for your toothbrush. Sleeping areas smaller than your usual Motel 6. And I booked the larger room! Air conditioning? Nothing. There wasn't even a fan or blower to move the humid air around, and the lack of this made any hallway noise very noticeable while every drop of humidity from the shower made everything in the room damp. Yes the window (12 inches by 18 inches) opened a whopping inch. It was impossible ventilate the room at all. Sticky, hot, and wet. Most puzzling? For two people, only one towel. Why? The Good: Staff was friendly and professional. Location seemed to be fine. Bogota was great. But those things aside, I would choose another hotel for my next visit. This hotel is just not 'comfortable', no matter what the price.

The location is perfect. restaurants, shopping etc in the are. Just few blocs from the center of Chapinero.

I really liked the people who work at Viaggio 617 Suites, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. And I liked that they had a coffee maker in the room so I could make my own coffee in the morning. But in general I was disappointed. I chose a Grand Loft studio, and although it was certainly large, there was no space to work, only a very high table with high stools that were very uncomfortable to sit at. It was also freezing in the room (the staff without hesitation gave me an extra blanket). Bogotá has many many hotels in a similar price range, which have tables and chairs that are comfortable work spaces. Next time I'm there I'll stay at one of those.

Would be better if there was more than one hand towel. Also there was a lack of power outlets in our room.
