This hotel is fault advertising. Guess has to ring the bell and wait for receptionist to open the door to enter the hotel, but the receptionist was hiding somewhere, never be at the lobby. Breakfast of the is bad. The whole staff and hotel NEED TO RENOVATE AND RETRAIN TO SERVE CUSTOMERS. This “ Suits” which is NOT CALLED “ SUITS “ this hotel is like Motel. The bottom line is this property is faked advertisement

It was an interesting stay. The best part was having 3 separate beds and it was pretty roomy. But the shower was crazy. They put one towel in a room with 3 people. Getting in and out of the hotel was a hassle since we had to be buzzed out every time and the front desk seemed to be not there quite a bit. We were supposed to get a drink upon checkin which we didn’t. we asked and they said oh you should have asked at checkin. The breakfast was good, my friend was a big fan of the bone broth. It was pretty basic.

We booked a Grand Suite but were placed in a small/regular room at first. Hotel staff refused to acknowledge that there was supposed to be a VIP amenity. Hotel did not provide any soap for the entire stay. No towels, we had to go specifically ask for towels two of the three nights we stayed there.

I checked out probably 15 mins after I checked in. I explained to the front desk my health concerns and why I couldn’t stay in a bedroom with no type of ventilation. He said it was ok and asked me to pay for the drink they gave me since I was cancelling. No action was done from their end.

I was in one room and later in the real suite. The real suite is really nice and I like it very much. I would suggest to get rid of the carpet in the one room. The area is quite safe and vibrant with night life if you enjoy it. Walking alone at night is not a problem. Colombia has become pretty safe it seems.

Room was exactly as advertised. Great value. Nearby options for a variety of foods. Located along a main street easily accessible to taxi, rideshare, bus, or walking options for transportation. If you are comfortable in the urban setting the area feels safe as well, located by a variety of educational institutions and Parque de los Hippies. Overall great stay. Definitely reccomend.

The best thing about the property is the people who work there! I love every one of them! They are amazing! The cook was fantastic and I enjoyed every day delicious breakfast! But, It looks like my expectation about my room was not met. In a picture it was one room, in reality, it was not even close! The window didn't have a handle to close it, so fresh air was always in my room. I was expecting a bottle of spirit for each room, but I didn't receive anything! No hammock or kitchen in my room either.
