The hotel was very well located and the staff so friendly and helpful.

Very well located, and quite comfortable room. It made my stay quite relaxed and peaceful.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast ends too early (10 AM) and there were several power outages in the morning, so I wasn’t able to work remotely because I would lose the wifi connection every 10 minutes or so.

Good location next to dining and some shopping. Quiet with a very friendly staff. Clean room with good size and a comfortable bed.

Nice rooms

En lugar esta bien solo esta en una muy fea área y para entrar te tienen que abrir la puerta el que es este en recepción y si no hay nadie te esperas asta que lleguen personalmente no me gusto y esta muy frío y la zona hay muchos bars chéveres pero fue lo único bueno y cuando iba camino hacia el hotel me asaltaron no lo recomiendo si viajan solo o familiar solo si van con amigos y saben como pelear y esquivar navajazos

A EXCELLENT SERVICE

Is this hotel is terrible. 1st when I got there they charged me an extra $200 for my wife to share the bed with me. I ordered a king size bed and it was not king it was Queen and they would not do anything about it. The breakfast is not impressive at all we only ate one day and didn't eat the other day even though they charged us for it. The bathroom sink faucet was loose and there were 2 spots that leaked in the sink. They never sent anyone to fix it. One day the water completely shut off in the hotel and they didn't tell anybody about it. So we could not flush our toilet, our room smelled like urine and feces is for an entire day. They did not tell us when the water was back on. We were scheduled for 13 days we only stayed 6 because they refuse to fix the sink and we left. They refused to give us a partial refund for the days we stayed and they refused to give us a refund for the days we checked out early.

The host initially gave us two terrible the room in which the rooms were still dirty in both, the lamp was falling apart in the first room and the TV did not work in the second, also neither of these rooms was the one we saw in the images of what we had booked. Luckily we have friends who are locals and speak Spanish fluently who were able to get us the correct room; only after the hostess showed us 3 more terrible rooms. When we did final get the "good" room, the floor were still dirty, WiFi access did not reach this room, and the appliances and furniture were all poor quality. They did clean the room each day, but we had to buy our own toilet paper and hand soap as these were no provided. The water never drained completely from the shower or sink basins, and the mini fridge had the freezer section exposed which caused all our items to freeze inside. The hotel overall is not a 4 star hotel and the rooms have no charm or warmth (literally or figuratively).
