"Enjoyed every minute!"

10.0

We recently stayed here as a family of four and had a fantastic holiday from start to finish. We arrived just before 11am after being awake for around 36 hours, so we were delighted to find that we could check in early. We had originally booked a double room with a pool view, but were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a double room with a pool view and a jacuzzi. It was the perfect way to start our holiday and much appreciated after such a long journey. Our room (0001) was a great size for the four of us. Our daughters, aged 9 and 6, comfortably shared the sofa bed. The room overlooked both the pool and the entertainment stage, which was ideal as we could still watch and listen to the evening entertainment from our balcony if we headed back to the room before it finished. The bathroom had a bath with an overhead shower, which made bath times much easier for the children. We opted for the all-inclusive package. The food was exactly what we expected from a buffet-style restaurant, with plenty of choice at every meal. We enjoy exploring the local area and found there were lots of restaurants and cafés nearby if we happened to miss a meal time at the hotel. We didn't use the snack bar ourselves, so can't comment on the food there, but it seemed like a very convenient option for guests spending the day around the resort. The drinks were also what you would expect from an all-inclusive package and suited us perfectly well. The pool area was a huge hit with our girls, especially the children's pool. One thing worth noting is that the main pool is deeper than many others we've used, reaching 2.2 metres at its deepest point. If you're not a confident swimmer, it's worth being aware of this before venturing into the deep end. Children's swimming rings appeared to be allowed, although adults weren't using them. Getting around was incredibly easy thanks to the local bus service. We used the buses to visit Palma, and for the four of us, a return journey cost roughly £16.50. Just remember to tap your card again when leaving the bus. Initially, only 1p was deducted from our account, with the full fare updating the following day. In the evenings, the animation team did a fantastic job keeping the children entertained. Our girls loved the mini disco and the games room, which they enjoyed throughout the week. Although our children didn't attend the kids' club because we spent a lot of time exploring, it was clear that the children who did attend were having a great time. For anyone who likes to relax in the room in the evenings, the TV included channels such as BBC One London, BBC Two, ITV2 +1, Film4 and several others. We also rented a safe for extra peace of mind, which was useful for storing passports, car keys and other valuables. A lovely personal touch came during our stay, as it was my husband's birthday while we were there. I hadn't mentioned it to any staff, but they clearly had our details on file and left a birthday card for him. Unfortunately, we found it a little too late and missed the surprise, but the gesture was very much appreciated. Before we left, we also had family photographs taken. We ended up purchasing because the photographer, Sara, went above and beyond to ensure we had a huge selection of beautiful family photos to choose from. Overall, our stay was a huge success, especially for our daughters. We made some wonderful family memories and wouldn't hesitate to return.

"All about Minu"

10.0

This hotel is fantastic. Rooms cleaned everyday and plenty of choice for food. My 2 sons aged 5 and 4 absolutely loved Minu one of the entertainers. Minu went above and beyond with both boys and made their holiday one to remember. I can’t praise her enough. Always friendly and has the biggest smile on her face. My boys will miss her. A true asset to the hotel and the reason we are already looking at when to return.

"Best hotel in palmanova"

10.0

This was our 4th stay at this wonderful hotel, and it certainly won’t be our last. Every year we look forward to returning, and somehow each visit is just as special as the one before. The staff are truly out of this world and are a huge reason why we keep coming back. A special mention has to go to Gianfranco, Jose and Claudia, who always go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Their friendliness, professionalism and genuine care for guests make all the difference. The housekeeping and maintenance teams also do an incredible job. The entire hotel is absolutely spotless, and the attention to detail is evident everywhere you look. The sun loungers are always immaculate, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. The food is another highlight of our stay. Everything is prepared fresh, with plenty of variety and something different to enjoy each day. The quality is consistently excellent. Thank you to everyone who works so hard to make this hotel such a fantastic place to stay. We have made so many wonderful family memories here and are already counting down the days until our annual trip next year! Highly recommended.

"June visit with three year old"

8.0

Stayed here as a family of three with a toddler in June and had a really lovely stay. The buffet was always hot with a great selection. Most nights were themed, with Italian night being the standout for me — stone-baked pizzas, different pasta options and lots of choice. There was also always plain pizza, pasta with sauce and chips available every night, which is ideal for fussier eaters or children. There are two pool areas: a larger main pool with a split-off shallow/baby pool, and a separate pool area split into two with inflatables and water slides. Children of any age can go down the slides as long as someone is at the bottom to catch them, although adults aren’t allowed on. My little boy would have went round and round all day! The pools aren’t heated, so they can feel a little chilly and sometimes got a little dirty. We did sometimes struggle to find three sunbeds together, but we’re not huge sun loungers and often set up at the tables near the stage before heading through to the pool. The snack bar is open from just before lunchtime until 5:30pm and was perfect for kids dipping in and out of the pool — burgers, hot dogs, nuggets, plus lots of fruit, cookies and cakes available. Drinks-wise, beer is self-serve, while wine and sangria are available at the bar. The included cocktails weren’t amazing, but the premium cocktails (€8.80 with the all-inclusive guest discount) were definitely worth paying for. The staff were the standout for us. Every member of staff worked tirelessly, the hotel was kept incredibly clean, and food was constantly topped up. The animation team was unbelievable — helping at breakfast, lunch and dinner, getting guests involved in activities like sangria making, then running the mini disco and evening shows. Special mention to Claudia, who always had a smile on her face and was amazing with both kids and adults. My son also adored the man at the buffet entrance who seated guests — everyone made such a fuss of him, which he loved. Entertainment was varied and genuinely good. The location is excellent — around a 5-minute walk to the beach, where there’s a pirate ship park and a slide onto the beach. Plenty of nearby options for cocktails or dining out too. The little shops nearby are great as well, with lots of dupes and a lovely jewellery shop. We were able to walk to the other end of Palmanova in under half an hour, and the bus to Palma stops just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, with buses running less than every 10 minutes. All in all, this is a great choice and had everything we needed — we barely left, which isn’t usually like us! I’d say it feels more like a family resort than a younger couples’ resort, as there were lots of families with young children even outside school holidays. We would definitely stay here again.

"Food poisoning"

4.0

We decided to go here as a family celebration for a family members 40th birthday. There were 18 in our party and 14 of these got food poisoning whilst there. We’ve made only made 2 full days altogether between people being ill! We ate under cooked meat (all reported to the hotel on various occasions). Also observed many times cross contamination with meat. Others also complained whilst there of being unwell so it definitely wasn’t just our family! The hotel is extremely understaffed with long bar waits too. Pool area good for the kids. Children’s entertainment was ok but not engaging enough some evening. We won’t be returning.

"All in all - GOOD"

8.0

We usually stay in 4 star plus, 4 star, or 5 in Greece etc This is definitely a 4 or 3 star plus. I was disappointed when we arrived as the corridors looked like student accom and the drinks seemed poor. However, I may have been tired as late arrival and we had a great holiday as we had nice rooms with pool view, the weather was good and we loved the resort area of Calvia and Palmanova and the beach. The hotel has a lot of life and is not isolated, you can have a better hotel but not such a great resort or beach so you can't have it all! The staff are very nice and every single one is polite and smiles hello. The food is ok nothing special but does the job. Being smaller hotel means you can nip back to room swiftly and feel your children are safe. Pools and sea warm. Tedi and Lidl nearby. Entertainment could have been better at night, definitely had better but staff nice. Rooms were spacious but only cleaned a few times and would have liked fresh water daily. When it was half term, it was too busy and people reserving sunbeds at 6.30am was annoying but this subsided after half term. We so loved the resort and beach and we travelled to Palma on the bus which was brilliant and we did the Jet 2 trip to Soller with tram and train which was so beautiful. We were a group of 5 with two children 13 and 11 and my 80 year old mum so everyone enjoyed it. We hardly saw my younger son as he made so many friends and loved the gaming room and kids pool. So all in all we had a great time but food and entertainment and drinks could be better. But staff, rooms and location brilliant, one of the best resorts I have been to - Palmanova. Stadium bar was good for a lively night out.

"Started off a nightmare and a mistake turned out to be a lovely relaxing break due to the stuff in the hotel thank you"

10.0

Ended up at this hotel due to an error by Jet2. The hotel is Clean the pools are great a little on the cold side but it was May. I’m disabled and I found this hotel highly accessible. I had an adapted room which was amazing. There was always a good choice of food. I personally like the puddings Little pastries. The self served drinks was a bonus saved queueing and the snap bar was fresh. The animation team were good shout out to Claudia and minu apologies if I spelt your name wrong. The girls in the lifeguards helped me out when I had a little bit of an accident and checked on me every day to see if I was okay. The hotel is well run with the manager present all the time it runs like a well oiled machine. I never experienced the queue in the dining room. It just seemed to Flo. I don’t know if it’s like that peak times. all the reception staff were friendly and helpful and all the stuff in the dining room were great fun and welcoming. nothing‘s too much trouble. entertainment is as entertainment goes on all inclusive holidays you like. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away Lidl three minutes walk away the thing that this hotel could do with an on-site shop. would I stay here again? 100% yes?
