We enjoyed our week here, the food was great! All the staff are so friendly especially in the snack bar! (Bald man who we didn’t catch his name was so nice) Not a far walk to lovely beach. We would definitely come back. My 8 year old daughter loved it

I really enjoyed this all inclusive hotel. A great location and highly recommended to visit early in the season. No queues for the food, not too hot.

It’s a really good hotel with tasty food, safe and fun pools, safe lifeguards and good shows at night!

Drinks were good. Staff friendly. We didn’t eat there as chose to eat out. Great location. Rooms very clean and spacious. Shower was great air con great.

Need cash for towel deposit. Didn’t know in advance. Pool was very busy. Beds taken quickly as not enough beds. The Irish bar isn’t part of all inclusive but wasn’t expensive.

We have just returned from a weeks stay with our two children. 19months and 6 years. The rooms were lovely and the cleaners were fantastic. The main pool was lovely, however the two children’s pools were way too deep for my 19 month old where the water was up to his chin and he is a tall boy for his age, there for we could not let go of him like he wanted to go and play by himself with his brother. We couldn’t allow him to play without holding on to him or if he had a float / arm bands on so this was a big shame for us and a big downside. The food was average. Breakfast was good but lunch and evening meals were disappointing. On two different nights I ate some chicken and turkey which both once I cut up were bright pink in the middle. I was sick throughout that night. Hotel is a nice location out the way, but only a 10 min walk to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff at this hotel were absolutely brilliant.

Lovely family holiday - thank you 🤩 Stayed here 6-13th, arrived around 3.35pm. Welcome was friendly, checked in straight away, we stayed in a Magnus room on ground floor over looking the pool was perfect for a pram & family hot tub on balcony was an added touch, plus fridge, kettle, coffee machine! Spacious room! Positives : Hotel had eveything you needed. Staff were great, they would go extra mile if you needed help. (Reception lady helped us get tape / superglue to fix daughters toy) Pedro on the entrance to the restaurant went to find sweets for my son as they weren’t on in the restaurant one day Amarmdo in the snack bar man was friendly Claudia animation staff lady amazing/ never still! Great size pool & slides too Location - 10 minutes to beach & lidl, taxi to magaluf €8-10 took 10 minutes Food & choice if drink good. Late check out €60 till 6pm if availability Towel hire by pool €10 per towel with 3 changes per week Negatives: (No negatives as such just little tweaks) Pool never opened until 10am - 9am would be good Plastic cups & no branded alcohol No gate on balcony for children if pool view ground floor

Fantastic hotel, perfect location - easy to get to everything. Hotel is modern, very clean and a lovely hotel, this is my 3rd stay here and would always use this hotel when visiting Palma nova. The pools are fantastic for both adults and children, the rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. The All Inclusive food and drink is superb with plenty of choices. The staff are friendly, welcoming and you feel at ease. A special mention to Gian Franco (guest services) who is extremely helpful and a really friendly face. Would this hotel to anyone.
