FERGUS Club Palmanova Park

We took a weeks holiday, in October, to this hotel. All inclusive, in a package, for a very reasonable price. Arrived early in the day. Check in is not until 3pm. But was told room ready, so we got the cards. Reception was great, bright. Clean, and the member of staff we dealt with (don't recall his name, but long hair tied back) was extremely friendly, and helpful. The room was in the top (2nd) floor. And had all amenities we needed, fridge, microwave, kettle, hairdryer, coffee machine with pods, tv, PlayStation (controllers supplied separately). The room was spotless. Everything worked. The his and hers sinks are a nice touch. Bath, shower (really good shower too!). We overlooked the main pool, and were far enough away from main stage to shut it out if you desired. Air-conditioning was still on too, which was nice considering time of year. We mostly used the area near small pool in the daytime. And again, this was spotless. When we did use main areas, again, all really clean, well presented. The snack and bar area was a decent. There probably could be a little more choice from it. But I understand its a snack bar. The main restaurant, again, really clean. All staff helpful and well presented. Much more choice of food. And always something to eat. I don't understand these people who go to somewhere abroad and moan that there isn't something to eat! They cater for everyone!! Don't get me wrong, you aren't getting Michelin Star fine dining, but you get good staple food, good choice. Drinks always available, along with ice creams. Etc. Entertainment was good. The animation team were always doing something. The evening entertainment was varied. But always enjoyable. Again, I see people complain.... but its not like you've just spent 400 quid on Glastonbury tickets.. you know what yo expect, and in my eyes it exceeded my expectations! My lad was always been offered something to do, if it wasn't volleyball, football, water polo by the animation team, he was in the games room on the PlayStation 5 playing with new friends and members of the team. Thanks Alex for his certificate of being THE BEST LOSER!! 🤣 The pool was a little chilly... but its October! So was the sea 🤣 Location was ideal, 15 min from airport by transfer. 10 min walk to beach. Shops nearby. Bus stop close which we used a couple of times to explore. The Irish Bar on site is a nice touch. It's not included in the all inclusive, but drinks discount makes them really reasonable! Watched the football in there, and again, its spotless! The lady behind the bar whilst I was there was very friendly, and always helpful! Pool table and darts (payable), which we made use of. The cleaners made the rooms up daily, changed any towels you wanted them to, and again left the place immaculate. They topped up coffee pods etc, and always made sure we had two or 3 big bottles of water available. For us, a perfect stay. A well looked after hotel, in a great location. At a very reasonable price! We would 100% return!

After reading the reviews I was expecting great things. Let’s start with the room. The room was clean and modern and comfortable. Cons no kettle tea or coffee. Atmosphere was good didn’t see much from the animation team saw aqua gym once and sangria making twice. Evening entertainment wasn’t great. Food not the best I’ve had better from a 4 star. I thought I’d try the mussels and that was a huge mistake im still unwell now on my arrival home. STAY CLEAR OF MUSSELS! so much so I wouldn’t eat at the hotel for the last 2 nights. Variety of food but nothing complimented each other. Lager is san Miguel partner was ok with this. Cocktails from a machine- poor.. again had better from a 4* Local drinks are ok but vodka like white spirit. Pool freezing but expected that as this time of year. Close to the beach but we had 2 disabled people with us that found it too far to walk. Unfortunately myself and the family will not return.

We arrived back from our holiday a week ago, the hotel was in a perfect location with near by restaurants and the beach was only a 5 minute walk away which we went to everyday. Unfortunately our room smelt damp and musty as soon as we walked in and the sheets felt damp we were cold when we got into bed. We couldn’t open the door or curtains as we were faced right opposite the restaurant. The next day we asked to move rooms and got moved to a much better room which was clean and didn’t smell. We were disappointed with the food on the first day as it was cold and didn’t have much flavour. However the next day this completely changed and the food was really nice, they had a different theme each night we really enjoyed the Greek and Mexican. They were good at making sure the restaurant was kept clean noticing they were always wiping down the sides. Cocktails were from a machine so they weren’t very nice, I’m not a massive drinker anyway but I would have liked a nice cocktail. Overall we had a nice relaxed break.

Day 3 of our ten nights stay best hotel entertainment ever and the entertainment team is far the best we’ve ever seen plays with the kiddies making sure everyone enjoys there stay. Shout out to margo ( i think) thomases girlfriend haha brilliant

This is a fabulous hotel,fantastic staff and service. Looking forward to returning in 2026. Such a lovely spot in beautiful Mallorca.

Die Lobby wirkt auf den ersten Blick einladend, aber das war’s dann leider auch schon. Die Zimmer lassen in Sachen Sauberkeit deutlich zu wünschen übrig und wirken insgesamt eher lieblos. Auch die Schalldämmung ist schlecht, man hört fast alles aus den Nachbarzimmern. Das Essen erinnert eher an einen Imbissstand – das Frittierte gelingt zwar, aber alles, was frisch gekocht ist, schmeckt einfach nicht gut. Kartoffeln zu hart, fade Soßen, und insgesamt wirkt das Buffet ziemlich lieblos zusammengestellt. Für ein angebliches 4-Sterne-Hotel ist das wirklich eine Frechheit. Das Personal wirkt unerfahren, teilweise wie Praktikanten, und der Service ist dementsprechend ausbaufähig. Insgesamt hatte man hier nicht das Gefühl, Urlaub zu machen, sondern wollte einfach nur raus und die Zeit lieber am Strand statt im Hotel verbringen. Leider nicht empfehlenswert.
