Great location, very clean and modern hotel. The service was amazing

I didn't actually get to stay at this hotel since they changed my reservation to another hotel without my knowledge. So this review is based on the fact that they didn't honor my reservation. We arrived and were told they overbooked and we had to go somewhere else. This is an awful practice & I've never experienced anything like it before. I carefully pick out what hotel I prefer and do not appreciate anyone changing it on me. One of the major reasons I chose this hotel was it's charm and location. The hotel I was sent to was more modern & further from everything we wanted to do. I can't review the hotel itself, but if you're looking to book here, BEWARE they may not honor your reservation! If you're anything like me, that's enough to keep you away...

Great location, staff very friendly easy to get to from town

They changed the booking at the last time, without any prior contact. I consider that a very poor customer service.

Very fun experience staying here! Parking and breakfast complimentary and excellent!! The hair blowdryer was broken and staff replaced it the same day with a quality one! Would definitely stay here again!

An absolute wonderful place. Truly a surprise and a wonderful attitude to comfort and making one feel at home. There is self service trust system that makes one feel like one is practically home.

Lovely room dual aspect to river and to castle. Big room and good bathroom with separate WC. Good breakfasts. Helpful staff. Easy walk to centre of town, bus station and railway station to enable you to explore up and down river. Car park it to the rear.

We were upgraded to their new sister hotel Villiam Vie, Rita gave us a warm welcome, lovely rooms and breakfast
