Really nice mix of traditional and modern decor, rooms well presented and comfortable, good facilities...honesty policy for wine and drinks from the bar. Friendly staff, good location..close enough to centre to be convenient but far enough away to be peaceful. Fantastic setting in Cochem.

"Historic Building with Trendy Design Bedroom"

Hotel just located in front of the river. Bedroom is large and comfortable. Breakfast is not fussy but nice. Hotel manager and her wife work very hard to help their guest. It makes Cochem a very pleasant place to stay with.

"HOT, NO WIFI, NO AC, DOUBLE BILLED."

was planning 2 night stay. Left 2d day. Expedia policy is no fee if cancel by midnight day before. Hotel refused policy. On check out girl wanted to charge me again. Could not understand i already paid via expedia. Then was unable to run my card...4 time. Made me pay 180euro cash. 3 days later i got cash back through german friends account. Im refuting 2d night charge via my credit card company. Had wifi or desk staffed after 8, no problem. Wifi didnt work anywhere in hotel. Room unbearably hot. No ac. AVOID THIS HOTEL.
