"Ok to very short stay"

The behaviour of the staffs was very good.

The room was small and not clean at all. Food quality is not good compared to its price.

"Great for a short stay."

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great, right in central Kolkata close to a lot of important locations. The facilities were alright, but could be improved significantly.

The cleanliness could be improved, in addition to upgrading the bathroom facilities.

"good staff and taste food does magic."

The staff, good, helpful and co-operative.

Rooms and toilet not fully clean. curtains full of dust and blinds not operating. Rats roaming in room. Food is totally hopeless, seems like some roadside person has done the cooking. Tea is served in the smallest of cups. No electric kettle provided even after reminders. if this is the state I will not be able to stay here.
