I had 3 days booking. 15.04 to 18.04.25. At first for one day and then for two days in continuation to it. I have paid the rent for first day on 15.04.25 itself via debit card. For the remaining two days on 17.4.25 also by using my debit card. The didn't give me any receipt from the hotel other than small online bill generated by the swiping machine. But when I requested for check out during early morning on 18.04.15 for leaving to airport, which is far away from the hotel, they prevented me from leaving the hotel saying that I didn't pay the rent for first day. I showed them my transaction details available in the phone issued by the bank, but they didn't accept it. I had to search even the waste bin to find the only small swiping machine receipt. The hadn't make any entry in the register about my payment made. Later I got the receipt and showed them. Then only they allowed me to go. This delayed my travel for one hour. I was able to reach airport just before closing the boarding. No wifi was given. The AC was placed in a lower level which very uncomfortable for sleeping due to its fan and air flow falling directly on my body.
