After booking and staying at the same property for so many nights, the rate is still high. Should have offer me a lower rate for putting my guests there for so many nights

Payment - your reception on few occasions said we did not made payment, so we have to email to the Hotel to confirmed that we have paid via booking.com to avoid such problem and inconvenience our guests. This is troublesome and can be annoying to our check-in guests. If payment is made by credit card to booking.com and yet the hotel said no payment is made, that's bad. This should not happen as Reservation is confirmed with confirmation number and PIN

Past problem, your reception said we did not pay for the reservation and ask our guests to pay. This almost destroy our relationship with your hotel.

Almost everything

I needed water and there was nobody at the bar. The pool doesn't look too clean. A girl went to my room to knock on the door at the checkout time.... I know what time I need to leave the room, I don't need anybody knocking on my door. The day I arrived, the gym was out of service. I didn't like to have a room for disabled people...

El desayuno excelente, pero el clima muy mal se sentía calor, cama según Queen equiparable a matrimonial muy pequeña , las almohadas pésimas, la verdad incomodidad al dormir terrible, la alberca tiene limon, regresamos cansados del viaje por las malas noches.
