El lugar es muy bonito y cómodo

Lamentablemente no tenian agua caliente, se reporto la situación y dijeron que en una hora estaria listo, pero no fue asi.

Nada cómoda la cama, el área del desayuno bastante sucia y los alimentos sin variedad y fríos! En las mesas tienen manteles sucios y rotos!!! Muy fea esa área

Everything was ok

Parking lot is bad but safe. The street tobget to it is very, very bad with huge pot holes, debris, broken speed bumps, no signs, and people dont follow traffic rules.

I stayed in this hotel for work reasons and I was not totally satisfied. Very spacious room, equipped with air conditioning, comfortable bed, but still some details were missing such as the hair dryer and the toilet flush malfunctioning. Hotel staff did not speak English and especially for the front and level of the hotel it is unacceptable. Breakfast terrible by European standards, I understand we are in America but at least the minimum. In short, I would have expected something more from the Hilton chain.
