Spacious room for good price. I had a balcony with view on the river. The hotel has a swimming pool, fitness and SPA. The breakfast offers healthy food, both Chinese and Western style. The staff is friendly and helpful (Thank you Will for helping me with so many things!).

My room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the executive lounge. It offered a peaceful and exclusive environment, with complimentary breakfast, snacks, and beverages throughout the day. The lounge staff were attentive and always ready to assist. In the evening, I enjoyed the happy hour with a selection of fine wines and cocktails while taking in the stunning view of the city.

I recently stayed at Hilton Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel's facilities are in a deplorable state, showing clear signs of neglect and lack of maintenance. The bathroom was a particular disappointment. Not only was it unclean, but it also had a significant leakage problem. The water seeped through the ceiling and walls, leaving the entire area damp and musty. The fixtures were rusted and stained, and there was a foul odor that made it almost unbearable to use. It's alarming that a hotel of Hilton's reputation would allow such conditions to persist. Moreover, the overall cleanliness of the room was subpar. The carpets were stained, and the furniture looked worn out and outdated. The housekeeping service was inconsistent, and it seemed like the staff were overwhelmed and unable to keep up with the basic cleaning requirements. I had high expectations for my stay at Hilton, but the outdated facilities, unclean bathroom, and general lack of attention to detail have left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.

I recently took my 8th-grade son to China for the first time, and we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. From check-in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful river view. I highly recommend choosing a river view room—it’s slightly more expensive, but the view from the balcony is incredible and worth it. The room was cleaned daily, and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. I really enjoyed the hotel food, especially the traditional Chinese dishes. My son is a picky eater and didn’t care much for local cuisine, but we were both happy with the breakfast buffet. It offered a nice mix of Chinese and Western choices. I didn’t include breakfast when booking through Expedia, but I plan to next time. A big reason I picked this hotel was for the gym. My son plays basketball and baseball back home, and having a gym was important to him. He really liked the gym setup and also spent time enjoying the pool. The hotel’s facilities overall were excellent for both of us. The only downside was the lack of laundry services. Unlike other hotels in Shanghai that offer washers and dryers, this one didn’t. I had to take a 20-minute taxi ride to find a laundry spot, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely return on our next trip. The location, service, and amenities made it a memorable experience.
