During my recent stay at Hilton Nanjing Riverside, I expected a level of service that aligns with the Hilton's reputation. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet these expectations. Upon checking in late at night, I was not greeted with the enthusiasm one expects from a Hilton property. The receptionist's demeanour lacked warmth, and when I asked about the hotel's significance, there was a clear lack of awareness. The room had cleanliness and maintenance issues. The bathroom had visible dirt and the furniture had stains. Additionally, the body lotion was finished and had not been refilled. These conditions are unacceptable for a Hilton property and need immediate attention to maintain the standards of comfort. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt unwelcoming. This stark environment did not provide the hospitable ambience that guests expect from a Hilton property. While the hotel's location might be commendable, the service fell short of reflecting the Hilton's commitment to hospitality. For Hilton Nanjing Riverside to uphold its reputation, it is crucial to address these issues promptly. Ensuring that staff members are motivated to deliver excellent service is essential. Additionally, regularly checking the condition of the rooms will help restore confidence in the Hilton brand.

The lounge sister is sweet, and she sent Parisian water to satisfy her thirst when she checked in. She completed the business skillfully, and asked the concierge to send her luggage to the room before going to the room. The room has a very business layout and style, and there is a balcony with a view to go out. Executive Lounge Sister service is excellent, warm and attentive。

The hotel is really great, with convenient location and fantastic river view. In addition, Anna Fu in front office is really kind who updated my room and prepare birthday cake for me which made me surprise. What’s more the breakfast is delicious with all kinds of continental breakfast and traditional local food. If I have chance to come again, I must choose this hotel again!

I enjoyed my stay. My room was nice, spacious, clean, and had a good view.The breakfast was nice and had a mix of Western and Eastern cuisine. The only downside is that it isn’t close to a metro station for public transportation.

The facilities provided by the hotel are fantastic, and they got a pool and reasonably equipped gymnasium. The hotel provides a wide spread of choices for breakfast. Front desk staff, Miss Anna, has been very helpful while I was checking out of the hotel.

The gymnasium didn't provide any towel and no music on site. The pillows were too soft. Even after the hotel provided the wheat pillows, it was still quite uncomfortable.
