EL personal todos super amables,el personal del bufete,tanto cocineros como camareros súper amables y simpáticos. Los del bar tambien, parecía que los conocías,súper amables, súper simpáticos, al igual que los de recepción, todos la verdad. Las habitaciones limpias, el bufete había bastante variedad de comida, estaba todo súper rico. Le doy a todo el complejo un 10,espero que nunca bajen la calidad.

Lo que digo no es problema del complejo,ya que son unos edificios fabricados hace año. El problema que a las 5 ya hay sombra en la piscina. Pero es un gran hotel, el mejor de 4 estrellas en el que he estado.volvere.

We stayed at the Waikiki after seeing good reviews online. When we got to the hotel check in ran smoothly, we did arrive pretty late and had just missed dinner. The man on reception informed us that they do offer food for guests checking in later. We were pleasantly surprised they offered this. When we got to the dining room, the selection was salad that had clearly been out all day and stale bread rolls. When we got to our rooms, the room was very basic, but this is as to be expected from an all inclusive. Tried sleeping on the first night only to find the bed was extremely uncomfortable, lumpy mattress and a bed that moved across the room. Only one pillow was in the room so had to fashion an extra pillow using the small cushion from the sofa. The awful sleep continued throughout my stay. The food was good, with a wide selection, however, the dining hall and snack bar were far too small, not enough seating for the amount of people staying in the hotel and only two small aisles which get extremely congested throughout the day. Staff were very hit and miss. Some were extremely friendly and happy to help, however, an encounter on reception left me extremely frustrated. We had hired a car and had used the car park, we decided to leave the hotel for a day out and buzzed to be let out of the car park. Buzzed once and waited, no response, buzzed again and again, waited, again no response, so I got out and went to reception where I was met with an incredibly rude and unfriendly woman. I asked whether the car park telephone was broken as I hadn’t heard any noise when pressing the button. She responded quite aggressively that ‘can you not see we’re busy, I’ll get to it when I can!’ There were no guests present with three staff on it, surely it’s not difficult to press a button in between say chatting with colleagues? Some of the bar staff could also do with some training on providing good hospitality. When asking for drinks, they appeared like they couldn’t care. Slamming drinks down and walking off before I could even order anything else or say thank you. The cleanliness of the room was also a slight issue. Clearly a dated room which hasn’t been refurbished in a long time, black mould on the bathroom ceiling and along the shower which has infiltrated the room slightly, heavily marked walls were also apparent throughout the room. The water also kept going off, this happened often leaving us without water for showers. I wouldn’t return, which is a shame as the hotel is very attractive from the outside and a primal location. Poor staff attitudes and cleanliness let it down.

Could hear the neighbours in the room next door and when speaking in our room, the neighbours banged on the CONNECTING door. Room 870. Not very comfortable. Floor not very clean especially under the bed.

Personal inmejorable, el trato es excelente. La comida es sin duda en uno de los mejores hoteles que hemos comido, tanto variedad como calidad. Todo muy limpio.

Lo único que no me gustó es que el colchon ya está un poco viejo y desgastado.
