Waitress in restaurant was incompetent and we needed to order directly from chef in cantonese. Upon check out the front desk held us up for over 30 minutes while we were trying to leave to catch our train to recopy our identification even though we had already completed this during the lengthy check in process the day before.

Up to date and modern hotel. We had a very large room on a smoke free floor. It is in the city center, surrounded by shops, malls and small local restaurants. High ceiling and good equipment.

Friendly staff, convenient location, good food service.

Perfect location with easy access to train services and shopping district. Room was clean and service was great - check in was quick despite lots of tour group ahead of us. We have also gotten an extra room because we requested for single beds!

Untrained staff, paper thin walls, super hard beds, not deeply cleaned (curtains, handles, etc. still dirty), smoking room imposed, took 30 minutes to find reservation, no apologies, adversarial doubting throughout, all around old hotel that simply bears no comparison with their Singapore property. AC not working, was told we have not started the AC yet this year so just turn off ventilation system altogether and you'll be fine. Maintenance employees yelling from one room to another to get each other's attention

nice and convenient hotel with friendly staff. while close to shopping area, a bit noise from shop keepers but acceptable.

Located in heart of walking street with lot of brand shops and also flea market is close. Starbucks and number of western style cafes are around. About 15 min of walking distance to the river where lot of bars and night clubs are located. The hotel is clean, spacious rooms and bathroom. The breakfast is OK. Paid half price comparable to 5 star hotels around and got almost same impression. Good value for money!

The location is very central, just next to shopping street, there is a convenience store just next to entrance, however during the winter, the heater in our room can’t be adjusted and the room was really hot throughout the stay. Most uncomfortable at nights. Otherwise the room is big, breakfast has big spread but can do with more vegetarian choices. Room is clean.

Nice location and services, the breakfast is good, but facilities are little bit old.
