Odalarda eksik ve çalışmayan kısımlar var fakat personel çok ilgili ve anında çözüm ve alternatif üretiyorkar

Otel konum olarak oldukca iyi yerde ama özel günler benim gittiğimde yılbaşı işi otel önüne araç ile giriş olmuyor güvenlik nedeniyle cadde trafiğe kapalı idi yakında ekonomik otopark var ,ilk karşılayan arkadaştan odaya kadar eşlik eden arkadaşa ,odanın temizliği yatak ve çarşaf temizlgi iyiydi,klima ile ısınıyor ve iyi ısınıyor, kahvaltı çeşitliliği güzel, tekrar konaklama ihtiyacım olsa yine tercih ederim

Stayed 3 nights alone. Staff are very polite and helpful. Cleanness of room was perfect. Beds are not the most comfortable but not bad. Location is at very centre so there may be a little noise coming from the windows at evenings. Breakfast is satisfying. I may stay ağacın.

It has been the second time I've been a guest in the hotel, and I can, without hesitation, call it my home in Ankara. The service remembered me and have been helpful through all my stay. Its location is also great, you can reach all the destination in Ankara from there (I strongly recommend public transport). I also absolutely loved the room (pictures attached).

Really dirty gym (no cleaning of gym for entire week, dead cuckroaches in the gym and in the gym bathroom near the kitchen) Simple and every day the same breakfast Lots of mites in the rooms (I know, I'm alergic to them and I had to take double dose of medication)
