This hotel is fantastic BUT I BOOKED WITH EXPEDIA THE HOTEL HAD NO RECORD OF MY BOOKING THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND HAD ONE ROOM TO SPARE WE HAD TRAVELED A LONG DISTANCE AND WOULD HAVE BEEN VERY DISAPPOINTED IF THE HOTEL WAS BOOKED OUT
Very relaxing break, wish we could afford it more often
Unfortunately our room had a maintenance problem. The manager explained that they were fully booked and they would give us a complimentary room without the seaview or terrace which we had booked. The room was at the back of the hotel . It had a frosted window overlooking the kitchen yard. The staff were lovely and the manager gave a complimentary bottle of wine and free upgrade on our next stay. To be honest the night away was an wedding anniversary present and well needed. Overall we were very disappointed.
We got engaged during our stay and the staff were tremendous. Will definitely be back to Inchydoney in the future hotel and beach are fantastic. .
Everything about Inchydoney Lodge and Spa is spectacular. The Bedrooms, the food, the staff all surpassed our expectations. So looking forward to going back.

Hotel.. stunning! Staff... wonderful! The food... not so great. My boyfriend and I went to the bar for food the first night. For such a great hotel the food wasn’t the greatest. The chef had mixed cold chips with a couple of hot ones (must have mixed two batches, I wasn’t impressed). Room service was good but again, the limited food, not the best. Breakfast was good, the hot breakfast was lovely and the temperature was spot on as I understand chefs and staff are under pressure for such a long period of time. Room was cleaned to a high standard. Pool is on the small side but relaxing for a quick dip. Beach is beautiful! On our last day I asked reception for a local Equestrian Centre. So we went to the recommended one, wonderful family owned business, amazing time. That made our last day great. As this was a birthday present for my boyfriend, I heard so many great things about the hotel through friends and family. But I think the price of our stay and the 4 hour drive, we will consider it next time.
It was a well needed break for myself and my sister plus it was a birthday present 🎂highly recommend Inchydoney to anyone, the location alone is amazing.
Loved our stay. The only complaint is on coming into clon from kerry side would def need more visible sinage for the hotel, had to ask people as we only saw sign on leaving clon!! 😞😞😣😣 Loved walking on inchydoney beaches!
