Pick and drop services were very good and taken care by Rao, Nandu, Gopal, Makmadul. Rest room services and food were not so good.

The coordination was seamless, with timely pickups and virtually no waiting time, which made daily travel very convenient and stress-free. Special appreciation to Makmadul Policy Rao for efficiently planning and managing the transportation schedule with great attention to detail. His proactive approach ensured everything ran smoothly throughout the stay. Mr. Nandu also deserves recognition for providing a consistently safe, smooth, and comfortable driving experience. His professionalism, punctuality, and courteous nature made every journey enjoyable.

I wanted to share my truly exceptional experience. The entire staff at this location is genuinely outstanding they are incredibly nice, cooperative, and professional. I would like to specifically commend Mr. Makmodul Hussain and Usman Ahmed for their dedication to customer care. A particular incident stood out and highlighted their integrity: I accidentally left my laptop on a scanner, and the security team immediately called me to ensure its safe return. Their quick action and honest, good behavior were commendable. Beyond the security team, everyone I encountered treated me amazingly well. The facilities are great too; the café area is comfy and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cafe staff, who even took the time to help me with directions and tips for traveling to nearby malls. This level of service and genuine helpfulness is what sets this place apart.

I would like to particularly appreciate Manik from the Citrus Café for his courteous service and consistent attention to detail. Additionally, Meher at the café was absolutely amazing her friendly attitude and proactive approach added a personal touch to the dining experience. Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful experience with the housekeeping team. Anna and Mousumi were absolutely amazing — always polite, attentive, and extremely hardworking. They kept the room spotless every single day and made sure I had everything I needed. Truly grateful for their dedication and hospitality!
