Good experience. Reception is good. The hospitality is good. People working here were friendly. Morning breakfasts were cherry on the cake.

I stayed at this hotel for approx 30 days, and honestly, it couldn’t have been a better experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home from day one. Everyone, from the front desk specially Komal, Shailu, (FOM) manish kumar and Meher and sahil from dining team was warm, helpful, and always had a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a long stay. What really stood out was how the staff paid attention to small details and were always ready to help without even being asked. It was more than just a stay; it felt like being part of a little community. I’m genuinely grateful for their hospitality and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming staff

The hotel was good and location was also near to my office. Hospitality is commendable. Nothing noticed to get disappointed. The Food was also good.

Every department showed professionalism, warmth, and dedication during our stay. I would like to make a special mention of the housekeeping staff, Ms. Roshni, and the Assamese lady (whose name I regret not being able to recall), who did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness, paying attention to the smallest detail, and ensuring that our room was always comfortable and well-prepared. Special mention of Mr. Sahil, Ms. Meher, and Ms. Kriti (Bartender) from the restaurant and service team, and the cook, too, for their politeness and efficiency, making each meal a delight with great food. Their courteous behavior and prompt service definitely enhanced our stay. I would also like to appreciate the reception staff – Ms. Komal and Ms. Keerti – for their professionalism, helpful nature, and for creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests. Additionally, I would like to thank the management team, Mr. Manish and Mr. Kakkan, for maintaining the high levels of hospitality and for nurturing a culture of genuine care and service excellence among your staff. A special word of thanks to Mr. Kakkan for making arrangements to surprise my wife, on her birthday, with a complimentary cake, and to Ms. Kirti who made it even more special by offering a complimentary cocktail. These acts show that the team is thoughtful and committed to making guests feel at home. The hotel is good, there are kot of Friendly staff, the reception staff was good and helpful, the food and cleaning was good,

I enjoyed lemkn tree breakfast food specially food made by Vikash and Kriti. I had taken some dosa and omlette for few days and it was cooked yummiest and served gently too. I stayed for 15 days and everything was taken care of very smartly and all was humble as person too.
