Un poco fría la habitación

Good breakfast, Very clean, Modern rooms. Fantastic jacuzzi

En este hotel nos han atendido con mucho esmero desde antes de llegar, solucionaron todas nuestras dudas y requerimientos. Siempre estuvieron atentos durante nuestra estadía. La habitación estuvo limpia y amplia. El baño limpio, su jacuzzi funcionó excelente, fue muy relajante. Me encantó que nos dejaran una botella con agua y, también la posibilidad de tomar infusiones a cualquier hora del dia o la noche en el lobby, nos sentimos muy bien acogidos. El desayuno buffet estuvo muy bien, con lo necesario para el dia. Pudimos ir al Mirador de Yanahuara caminando, a la vuelta estaban los centros comerciales y farmacias. Muy cerca estaba la clínica Sanna, por si teníamos alguna emergencia. Caminando hemos ido y regresado a la plaza de armas y a los diferentes restaurantes. Muy céntrico.

Creo que podrían tapar el vidrio de la puerta del baño, pues si alguien necesita ir en la madrugada y prende la luz, incomoda a la persona que está durmiendo. Por lo demás todo ok

No tiene un lugar cómodo para estacionar.

Petit déjeuner au top, avec un service aux petits soins. Chambre au calme, spacieuse avec une bonne literie. L'hôtel est bien placé pour accéder au centre d'Arequipa ainsi que pour les départs d'excursions. L'hôtel ne possède pas de laverie mais a su nous indiquer où en trouver une à proximité.

I really enjoyed my room. We had 2 beds and a jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious. The beds and linens were comfortable. The lighting in the rooms was excellent. The wifi was good. The front desk staff are very helpful. There is a lovely outdoor buffet breakfast, we had a very friendly helpful young fellow named Piedro serving us. There is a limited amount of parking on site. It was easy to walk to everywhere we needed to go.

There was construction on the top floor during the day and it was pretty noisy.

The rooms are amazing - loved the big beds, jacuzzi bath and tonnes of space. Breakfast is good, staff are friendly and the location is quiet although a little out of town

We enjoyed our stay but felt a little hard done by when they charged extra for early check in, even though they had a room (which we paid extra to change to) ready. In most places we have stayed, if the room is ready, they will offer it to you - especially as we had messaged a day before to ask whether we could check in early (all the buses seem to arrive at 5am!) and they didn’t reply! So opportunity to improve on communications and hospitality I would say

Problemas de limpieza en las habitaciones

Unfortunately, the hotel is currently renovating several rooms. As a result, there is significant construction noise throughout the day, starting at 9:00 a.m. This considerably affected the quality of our stay. Had we been informed in advance, we could have planned accordingly. For a pleasant and relaxing stay, such disruption without prior notice is not acceptable.
