MAYFAIR Darjeeling

They served non-vegetarian food to us despite asking and confirming multiple times if the food is vegetarian. They hurt our religious sentiments.

Exceptional decor, courteous staff and excellent response time

My package did not have breakfast included, which was a surprise for me as earlier my stay with Mayfair in April 25 had breakfast included. I was told about the same after I had started having breakfast. The staff (Praveen) insisted that I speak to reception and get the matter sorted. I had to walk up to the reception and request for a complimentary breakfast which the reception person complied. I think this left a slight bad taste as the same could have been sorted by the banquet manager/Praveen himself. I hence doubt the empowerment of the organization which I believe can be better

クラシックな感じでしたが、清潔で、レストランも美味しくてバリエーション豊富でよかった。

シャワーのお湯の温度調節が難しかった。 お湯は出るが熱湯だった。

Location, cleanliness, catering

Our bathroom was badly designed. Did not have hooks to hang clothes. Shower cubicle was not enclosed but part of it had a shower curtain and the water came through. No wall heater or any source of heat in bathroom.
