This hotel is running a scam via Booking.com. They take full payment on day of booking via CC and then reach out twice, once via booking message to say the hotel needs to be paid within 24h via a link otherwise the booking as cancelled and once via whatsapp to say my card has been declined and need to pay again via link. They are running a scam. When i complained they said it was the booking.com platform that would have leaked my whatasapp number to a scammer which is clearly untrue.
