Prachtig hotel in een nog niet ontdekt stukje Bali. Zeker een aanrader. Alles heerlijk, huisje met een bad in tropisch groen is een plaatje. Leuk om hier te verblijven. Achter het hotel loop je zo de rijstvelden in, en het is maar uurtje rijden van seminyak.

This hotel in the heart of the Balinese countryside has retained its charm. Don't hesitate to take a stroll through the villages, passing by the back of the hotel on the path beside the rice fields, and to take the excursion to Tanah Lot by bike (not by car), as this will enable you to meet lots of locals and pass through small villages and magnificent rice fields. The rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is beautiful (outside) with a toilet inside the room to avoid unpleasant surprises at night. Breakfast is delicious (if you dare to opt for the bubur ayan) and we tried some of the best Balinese dishes (the chicken dish with green curry is delicious!). The hotel is quiet and the staff are very friendly and attentive.

We only stayed here for one night as part of our tour, yet it was one of our favourites. The service from the hotel team was excellent, always delivered with a smile. The rooms were very large and the outdoor bathrooms were really nice. The pool is great, next to views overlooking picturesque paddy fields. It really is a stunning view. The dining area is surrounded by water and lily pads, which all feels so relaxing and peaceful. The food and drink were great. This is a simple and quiet place to stay. Wi-Fi is patchy and they don't have a cocktail list, but this is not a shiny, western style hotel. Its rustic charm and beautiful views made our brief stopover thoroughly enjoyable.

We only stayed the one night so can't really give an extensive review. The villa was lovely, really beautiful, although the outside shower area could use a little TLC. The pool and surrounding areas are beautiful. Unfortunately, we were the only guests at the time (they had only just reopened after Covid) so it lacked atmosphere, but that wasn't their fault. Stay were friendly and helpful.

Located at the end of a secondary road in Blayu village backed by a lush rice field. Big room with comfortable bed and huge semi open bathroom. Very nice pool surrounded by ponds that adornes by lotus plants loaded with flowers. The restaurant serving good foods: the owner and his staffs were very friendly. Incredible values for your money.

Very relaxing atmosphere, away from the crowded tourist area of Denpasar. Villa Taman in BLAYU is a great villa centrally located in Tabanan Regency. Very friendly and accommodating staffs, refreshing pool, and tucked away by the rice field. Good food and massage at reasonable price. Highly recommended for a family and group stay.

Stayed one night with my wife as part of a tour of Bali. Hotel described by all its advertising as the place for peace, quiet and tranquility. Upon arrival we were being told about dinner when the staff member mentioned that there was a large party expected and they hoped it wouldn't bother us. We thought she meant a large party for dinner. We got a couple of peaceful hours by the pool, however at 6PM it became apparent that it was actually a large party for external guests not staying at the hotel with a loudspeaker and very loud singing. Had we known about this in advance we would not have stayed here as the noise was so bad. It was vibrating the glass in our window! This went on until 10PM The manager did offer to drive us to another hotel which was at least an offer to get us away from the noise but we had been in the car already 7 hours by this point and just wanted to sleep. He did offer a free bottle of wine with dinner. The breakfast was very poor and the villas could use a bit of updating. Overall we were very disappointed by our stay due to the party and just feel that if a hotels main advertising campaign is that it is the place for peace and relaxation they should not book noisy functions and if they want to book noisy functions then give guests advance warning so they can make alternative arrangements. Trying to have their cake and eat it.

Unfortunately we had to cancel one night due to sickness, on a day's notice, nevertheless we were charged for that. The room is very spacious as well as the gigantic bathroom. We had issues with the shower tap for cold water. We did not enjoy the food in the restaurant, the chicken used was old, and it is certainly not a 'rijsttafel' as advertised. We can highly recommend taking a bicycle tour with Gusti at the end of the afternoon and the walking tour with knowledgeable Oggi early in the morning: the scenery around this hotel is stunning.
