"Decent not great "

The room was cute and well decorated. We had no TV in our room. Which is not a big issue for us. There was very poor lighting and not enough international plugs in the room. They also didn’t give us fresh towels everyday and we had to go to the reception to refill our bottles. But overall we liked it.

Pink, pink everything and I loved the theme! I'm usually a Marriott person, but I stepped outside of my box and I'm glad I did because this hotel and the location was amazing. My husband and I stayed in one of the penthouses for 3 nights at a very reasonable cost. My only complaint was the bed wasn't very comfortable, but the beautiful bathroom and sitting area outside made up for it. The breakfasts were so tasty and we had dinner 1 night also and that was great. Great service all around!

Very unique property. It reminds me of a house , with cute pink decor. I understand their commitment to no impact on the environment, but the lack of washcloths in the bathroom, very limited resources. I loved the location and overall service of the hotel.

The rooms seem a little dull and dim in the evening. The lighting could be made brighter. The water in the bathroom is extremely salty. The staff is lovely!

"Cancelled me the day of, with a BS excuse!"

Cancelled my booking on the day I was meant to arrive. Advised there internet was down for 3 days and couldn't check my booking. I call BS. Never book them again.

"Great Hotel with extra touches! "

Great hotel … excellent friendly service with lots of extra little touches. Despite not being close to the beach it is still a great location. Would return for sure
