PinkCoco Uluwatu - Constant Surprises & for Cool Adults Only

Stayed here after a great experience at their sister property in Gili Air. Unfortunately this was not quite as good. Service seemed lacklustre, our room wasn't serviced every day, and the room wasn't as comfortable as we were hoping. There are no lamps in the room so you either have all the lights on or nothing at all - not great in the evenings. Shower gel was watered down and unusable. The whole property looked a bit tired and in need of some TLC. The pools are ok and it's a decent location with some nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast was ok - staff in the restaurant were lovely.

A beautiful, aesthetic hotel for the coolest adults! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and always reachable via the provided phone number. They arranged activities and transport on our behalf: all we had to do was show up. The restaurant on site is lovely but basic, essentially what you’d expect from a hotel resto. Amenities are plentiful and easy to use: there are two lovely pools to lounge by where you can even have a floating breakfast delivered. There is a cute little communal library at reception too. Rooms are cleaned every day, sometimes twice a day, so it’s always pleasant. Everything worked perfectly, including the aircon, shower, and safe. The spa on site is surprisingly generous and cheap: you can enjoy one of the best massages in Bali, manicures and pedicures, hair treatments, facials, and more. We only had time to visit once but would definitely have returned if our stay was longer! The only downside is that there is no drinkable water tank provided in the room, unlike the other hotels and villas we’ve stayed at. You will need to request bottles of water or bring your own. Other than that, a beautiful, enjoyable stay at one of the best hotels in Bali. Cannot recommend enough and will return!

Amazing service from the whole team. They organised an airport transfer for me, breakfast every morning was delicious (highly recommend the traditional Indonesian food) and on Saturday night it was tapas and Spanish dancing! Great location, most of what you need is in walking distance. If not, it’s only a few dollars for a Gojek. There is a fantastic spa at the back of the accommodation 5/5 had the best massage and everyone is so friendly Super clean, lovely pools and an incredible view - highly recommend getting the penthouse.

Well maintained with nice rooms and taken care of grounds. Staff is super friendly, kind and helpful. This is our second stay there and I would continue to highly recommend.

We had an excellent stay at PinkCoco. The location was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We could not find a taxi so they arranged a car for us with very little notice. We really appreciate it!

Beside the safe that did not work and the terrible wifi connection, the rest was perfect. Friendly staff beautiful breakfast and pools.

Great hotel. I paid the extra and booked the rooftop room and it was worth the money. Very big spacious room with big bathroom and also a view from my door step that was beautiful. The rooms down the bottom also looked good also. Very cosy hotel. Will definitely be back. Walking distance to a bunch of shops/restaurants and the beach.
