Grand Atakum Hotel

Beautiful location. Beautiful staff. Friendly and very helpful. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. Water view was amazing.

Miss Norijan from the staffs when she heard we reserved this hotel with rooms including kitchen, help us a lot. thanks to her. she changed our room to a good room and help us to cook our regimen diet in the main kitchen of the hotel.

it was written in booking.com that this hotel has kitchen with kitchenware in the room. unfortunately this was not true and in 1st night they give us a small room with no any facility. but changed it in 2nd day. thanks to miss Norijan and other staffs

It was once Grand jut requires a refit

They did not have the correct room ready at arrival like requested. Then I was put in a smoking room where I requested non smoking too.

Location was good, close to Atakum beach and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

They hadn't arranged the beds as we'd asked, even though we had told them in advance via the Bookings message function and they had confirmed.

Odaların çok temiz olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Duş başlığında başkasının saç telleri vardı. Bina oldukça eski yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Bazı kısımlarda binanın boyası gitmiş sıvası gözüküyordu.

otelin odaları çok havasız ve kötü kokuyor, yataklar, yastıklar, yorgan son derece kalitesiz. Çok bakımsız ve temiz olmayan bir otel. kahvaltı berbat.
