"Dirty room"

Staff was courteous

Room was dirty, smelly and very humid. Hair in the shower. Breakfast area was a mess. Food spilled everywhere.

"We waited a long time for a room that had an odor to it."

I like that it was at least a room that’s pretty much it and we got free breakfast.

I don’t like the fact that when me and my fiancé entered the room it smell like fresh paint and the moment we went in the restroom we could tell where they painted. Thank God before me and my fiancé went to bed. The smell mostly left, and the reason why is because we had to air it out using the vents.

"Disappointing."

The property is right off 1604, so it’s easy freeway access. The room was overall clean and nice.

We paid for a double queen room, but the room we were given had a very small bed. It was, at best, a full size mattress, for two adults. Sleeping was a struggle, but we were too tired from the trip alone, to complain to the front desk so we made due. The bathroom needs some remodeling; fixtures are falling off. The shower pressure was low and the shower head, although accessible, was small. The tiles in the bathroom are very slippery, especially for being an accessible room.
