Good customer service and friendly staffs

Breakfast is okay but it's better if there are more choices of spread

The location was super good add the view was fantastic , facing the sea and yacht in the morning is relaxing.

Perhaps, the shower curtain at the master bedroom deserve for replacement ( many black spots).

Staffs are mostly friendly

No towels in our room. Had 2 call the front desk 3 times before the towels were delivered to our room, after about 2 hours (from about 5pm to 7pm)

Poor selection of food at breakfast

1.Breakfast so simple. 2. Not allows to fly drone even meet the requirement SIDOPI-GO, the Indonesia Airplane Registration For drones weighing < 250 g Registration is not required. Skip this step for drones under 250 g.

Not Worth it compare what we pay..breakfast no choice, room very old,bathroom leaking, lot of mosquito, ants, old pillow..

Location

The two bedroom villas need extensive renovations. Lots of mould in the bathrooms and kitchen. Furniture is tired and old. Aircon units worked but again old units so couldn’t lower the temperature enough to be comfortable. We relocated to the hotel part of the resort where the rooms have been renovated in recent times.
