Nongsa Point Marina

Nothing. Perhaps the worst place on earth. I cannot emphasise how bad their garden chalets were. Most were infested with nests of various insects. Will post photos if needed to show how messed up everything was.

The staff were the worst. I have met people who could not speak English but that is fine. The goal is to understand what the guests are saying. Instead of doing that. We were met with lip service. Automated replies like “Yes, we will get on it”. Once I tested to ask “what’s the weather like with those buggies” they immediately asked which room and yes we will send a buggy… The practices is a lost cause and I advised everyone to stay away. Added a picture of an insect that wouldn’t leave the room

The location is fantastic, the staff is kind and the food is good (i had dinner at the property’s restaurant).

The 2 bedroom chalet i booked was very old and everything was broken - from furniture to bathroom; facilities are very used and obsolete. The breakfast was a little bit disappointing.

I left my tablet & my old phone in the villa and they never inform us until 15 days later i return from a trip and realize it. I went to ask them and the return only the tablet (because they say the don't find the phone). They asked me why i only realize it now. They forget to ask themselves why they don't notify me about it for 15 days. On check in they asked me to fill up form for my phone number, email and address but don't contact me about my valuable stuff that i forget. So shady and suspicious. We stay for 2 days and got a room where: toilet cannot be lock (in the living room area), oven is broken, blinds in kitchen cannot be open so it stay dark. We asked them to fix it, they fix the toilet lock, but the not the oven and blinds. We bring some meat to be cooked in oven to eat for new years eve, but we have to bring it back home. When we enter the villa, we only find 2 towels instead of 6, no glasses for drinking, they come with the rest later when we asked. I have booked this villa weeks before so we are coming shouldn't be a surprise, i don't understand why they don't prepare everything The villa is old and run down, it feels like your grandmother old house than a holiday home (see pictures i attached), i have stayed in this villa before and got another unit that is better than what we got this time. Because of the new year, high season, probably the better unit given to all the foreigners and the worst given to us, local tourist. They should do some real reconstruction for the unit instead of giving it to customers to stay

The view, the pool,how quiet it was. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was adequate for our needs. The aircon worked efficiently in our rooms. The property was clean and well maintained with beautiful gardens.

Our chalet was old in places. Fridge had seen better days. Area around fridge was scruffy.
