Food expensive

The overall property was beautiful, located at Nongsa point Marina with adjacent beach. The staff was overall helpful.

My wife put it best as a hotel stuck in the 80ies. The chalet was worn with faded pictures from 1984 and a banged up dining table. The sockets were UK style, while Indonesia standard is European, the reception helped by sending 2 adapters, one of them with European plug… Breakfast was ok, but nothing to write home about. Pool was nice, but not enough deck chairs, a total of 3.

Good customer service and friendly staffs

Breakfast is okay but it's better if there are more choices of spread

The location was super good add the view was fantastic , facing the sea and yacht in the morning is relaxing.

Perhaps, the shower curtain at the master bedroom deserve for replacement ( many black spots).

Staffs are mostly friendly

No towels in our room. Had 2 call the front desk 3 times before the towels were delivered to our room, after about 2 hours (from about 5pm to 7pm)

Not Worth it compare what we pay..breakfast no choice, room very old,bathroom leaking, lot of mosquito, ants, old pillow..
