Really awful check in service Broken uncomfortable mattress Stained grumbly carpet in room Bathroom had mold in corners and ceiling Walls had stains on them Really dirty window frame in room clearly not been cleaned in ages Noisy people The smell of cannabis from where And when asked a little cctv in car park answer given "" I can't answer that at the moment""?! Unfortunately I left on first night simply couldn't stay didn't feel safe I asked for a call.back following day and was assured x3 but surprise no call back I had to go back because I left my proper in the room by accident and it was nightmare to get back . What an awful experience I do. Ot understand how people have this accommodation a 8.0 ??? What a absolute con

ROOM SIZE OK, Cleanliness ok

Very poor staffing level. In fact non. No proper breakfast . There is a breakfast room but now supplying packed cereal and pastry in room. Again, saving on staffing . The Hotel has gone backwards. Real shame as it was a nice place locally.
