The bed was huge and I found it comfy. It didn't squeak! The room was bright and airy. It was fine for me to get to by bus as there is a bus stop right outside and then one just around the corner. It suited my needs for a base. Even though there were things I didn't like, I'd probably stay there again as it did the job - bed, shower and toilet!

No staff - I didn't see a single person for the three nights. There was a problem with the TV remote, then something crusty inside the kettle and the shower leaked and I had nobody to report that to as reception was constantly closed. The TV was miniscule. I could hear everything from the room next door but I always have earplugs for sleeping in a hotel. The windows had condensation between the double glazing panes so you couldn't see out. I really didn't like not having any visible staff around though and it did make me worry what would happen if there was an emergency!

Friendly staff, all facilities available in room including bottled water and snacks. Clean room - excellent location-

The outer door was locked at night and had difficulty getting in, till someone arrived and has access code to let us in.
