Fijn hotel alleen het eten is minder variabel en lange wachttijd bij het betreden van het restaurant en als je eten wil van de bakplaat.

super schlecht, viel Wartezeit für die Anmeldung, mehr als 2 Stunden. Die sind nicht gut organisiert obwohl das Personal nett ist, lohnt sich nicht so viel zu zahlen.

We decided to head back to Salou (first time in 13 years) with our young family and to be honest all the hotels looked similar when trying to book online. We settled for Villa Romana based on location to the theme park and short but plesent walk to the beach. The hotel iteself is very clean with the rooms being perfectly sizeable for our needs, including a decent sized balcony for a few drinks once the kids had fallen asleep. The highlight for me was the pool area, great sized pool and fantasic kids pool/slides. We spent a fair amount of time next to the kids pool as our youngest loved "waddeling" around and going down the small shoot. We were half board but the pool drinks and meals were very resonable on price and the food itself was great- be prepared for a wait if ordrering at peak times (4pm till 6pm) but nothing a beer in the sun didnt help pass the time while waiting. The food in the reseraunt was great, plenty choice and always hot. Lets be honest most kids are happy with pizza and chicken nugs. Evening intertainment was great for the kids as the team went above and beyond to make sure all the kids were happy, we didnt venture far at nights as the hotel ticket all the boxes. Great check in and out service with no hassel. I always ask myself the same question after a holiday which for me shows how good or bad the hotel was..... would I return here again and for villa romana its a Yes. Cannot fault this hotel and already looking to return this year.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Romana the food was the highlight plenty of choice and a rally well managed dining room, there can be queues but you’ve just got to hit it at the right time, our 3 year old loved the pool and the hotel is in a great location 10mins walk to the beach and 10mins walk to portaventura theme park, it’s a busy hotel but the best ones always are, recommended 👍

Ventilation brouillante la nuit, L'espace spa piscine intérieur l’hygiène est à revoir complètement. Sinon tout le reste impeccable

mea-culpa, j'ai séjourné l'an dernier dans cet établissement et j'avais critiqué la restauration. c'est nettement mieux....

We spent 5 nights at this hotel, and for the price, it offered fantastic value. We flew into Barcelona and rented a car from OK Mobility. Conveniently, there was free street parking nearby, along with an unmarked parking area just behind the hotel, which was also free. The hotel is in a prime location: PortAventura and Ferrari Land adventure parks are just a 10-minute walk away, and Salou Beach is also within walking distance. Supermarkets and shopping facilities are close by, making it easy to get anything we needed. The hotel staff were friendly, and the food was good. We traveled as a family of four (two adults and two kids), along with two other families, and had a fantastic time. The hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as steam, jacuzzi, and sauna facilities, which made for a relaxing stay. Additionally, there were pool and table tennis facilities, along with evening entertainment provided by the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it for families looking for a great value stay close to local attractions

What a great Holliday whe had! A day by the pool is a day with many many fun! What a wonderful animation team! They makes sure the kids never get bored! The rooms are good, the food is good, and Barcelona en Tarragona are nearby. Also the theme park is great! Location is perfect! Went here with the family in the summer of 2024 and had a great time. excellent food, excellent room, large swimming pool. in particular the animation team led by Pepito, Sergio, Laia, Darlyn and Marc made a huge contribution to the fun on our holiday, they entertained the children while we enjoyed a cocktail by the pool. Food and room okay. You won't hear us complaining.

Stayed for a week, October half term. The hotel is nice, with a great location for Portaventura, about a 10-minute walk away. The beach and seafront is about a 15-minute walk away. The pool area is lovely. However, due to terrible weather, we didn't use this. We also didn't use the indoor pool as the kids' times are very restricted and very busy. The food was fine, we always found something to eat, try and eat early or late to avoid the crowds. Small criticism was the long lines getting into the restaurant, as staff mark off your room number on entry. The food wasn't always hot. Desserts were lovely. Hotel drinks are reasonably priced. All staff we encountered were friendly. The bedroom was a little dated, 2 single beds pushed together, and a small sofa bed for 4 of us. 2 adults and 2 teens. It was a little cramped. Overall, we had a great week, made the most of it, and had precious family time together. We would consider staying again in the future.
