Aux Clés de Lune

After a warm welcome from a 10pm train arrival (which they were more than happy to accommodate) we were shown to our room. The house is a typical French building with many floors and fantastic decor. The rooms have a lovely little hall and are fantastically decorated, plenty of space and comfy beds. We were treated to a surprise clean room three days into our stay with sheets totally changed and the washing up done! Air con, fridge, microwave and kettle all worked fine; didn't get round to using the coffee machine! Beautiful city and would stay there again.

When I cheched-in, a few facilities are not prepared well or equiped as follows... -lamp (burned-out light bulb, dusty lamp shade) -no shower head of the rain shower(but you can use a little handy shower) -there was no air-conditioner as it mentioned on Expedia (but you can use a little electric fan) -electric pot was not cleaned, with a lots of Kalkis (so I cleaned it by myself) -entrance was not set during weekdays (the decolation items of the entrance were put untidily the other place of the bacement for 5 days) -condition of the bed was not comfortable (not good quarity of the mattress, pirows) -no room cleaning during the stay (but after I requested them, they cleaned floor and changed towels at the middle of the stay, but did not dispose the garbages...so it smelled) -no hotel staff (sometimes the staff did not answer phone calls) I do not recommend this hotel. But it is really close to the station.

Nous avons payé 65€ ( hors saison!!) par nuit pour une chambre aménagée dans une cave!! La fenêtre donne sur un mur à 1 mètre et la lumière du jour parvient à peine. La déco pourrait être jolie mais l'entretien est plus que douteux; on a trouvé des cheveux sur le linge de lit, les toilettes mal nettoyées, des toiles d'araignées au plafond et j'en passe... La chambre est minuscule comme la salle de bain. Le quartier est bien situé mais près de la gare et en travaux donc très bruyant. A notre retour, nous avons essayé de joindre la propriétaire ( que nous n'avions pas vu lors de notre séjour et qui avait déjà encaissé nos 2 nuits) pour négocier un arrangement mais sans succès. Une seule chose à ajouter, à éviter absolument; c'est le pire hôtel que nous ayons jamais occupé.

points positifs: proche gare sncf et tramway, gentillesse de la propriétaire points négatifs: chambre vanille très sombre, hotel collé à la voie ferrée

Je suis déçu, car il y a bcp de bruit extérieur, et ont entend continuellement le bruit de la chasse d'eau. Pas climatisé, chambre plutôt étouffante car ont peut pas ouvrir à cause du bruit permanent ! État extérieur plutôt vétuste... Chambre plutôt propre... Manque de clarté...

ホテルと思っていたので、現地に行って看板もなく困った。たまたま尋ねた人が良い人だったので、 一緒に探してくれたがその人に出会わなかったらどうなっていたことか？ 結局、個人の人がアパルトマンの部屋を持っていてそれをかしているようだった。l 申し込んだ時にHoterus.comの担当者の説明不足である。言葉も解らないし随分困った。

Hotel proche de la gare,l'acceuil d'Emilie est sympathique,il n'y a pas de reception sur place,il faut donc donner l'heure d'arrivée,l'accès à la chambre ressemble à une descente à la cave,la chambre est très bien équipée ,propre mais sombre,il n'y a pas de bruit extérieur

It is a 5mins walk from the train station, very thoughtful of the owner with the detergent, sponge for cleaning and towel. The microwave was a bit difficult to use our lunch box was melted, just a reminder to the others . Only downsize would be the toilet, its small.

This is not a hotel but a room in a somewhat run-down building. That said, the room itself was recently renovated, well-appointed with a small kitchenette and quiet even if close to the train station. There was no hotel service (not being a hotel) although the manager took the trouble to pick me up from the train station (which was required because you would NEVER find it on your own). All in all a good stay, although I felt a bit cheated because it was not a hotel yet priced like one.
