L'accueil propriétaire très agréable dévoué, décoration raffinée, propreté parfaite. possibilité de se faire un repas étant très bien équipée. La vaisselle se fait dans le lavabo. Le coin salle de bain est concis mais bien équipé avec goût. Par contre le lit deux places prend toute la place et l'on doit le pousser contre un des murs pour pouvoir rentrer dan son lit normalement. La planche console/bar un peut haute pour déjeuner conte le mur ne permet pas de pouvoir s'en servir pour travailler facilement. Et d'autre part le souci qui est quand même et assez difficile a supporté c'est que cette pièce équipée en studio fait partie d'un petit appartement réaménagé en trois chambre/studio situé en sous-sol d'un immeuble ancien. Cette chambre "vanille" a bien une fenêtre mais celle-ci donne sur une courette/cage obscure, il est très difficile de passer la soirée ainsi coupé de toute luminosité naturelle et d'espace de vie. D'autant plus difficile en hiver où l'on est amené à passer une longue soirée dans la pièce même si il y a une télévision. Dans votre annonce il n'était pas spécifié que c'était en sous/sol et sans lumière naturelle. Le tarif de 55 € n'est pas justifié 45 € avec cette précision serait plus opportun et je pense que réellement il faut le conseiller plus pour l'été et pour un passage d'une nuit ou deux avec des occupations toute la journée de colloque ou séminaire, journée de formation mais pas du tout pour un séjour touristique.

Séjour agrèable, la chambre est très bien situé !

Cet hôtel était parfait pour ce que je cherchais. Il m'en fallait un très proche de la gare et du quartier du centre, où je me sente bien. La décoration était de bon goût, l'accueil vraiment agréable et comme c'est une "chambre hôtel" on y est comme chez soi, sans personne qui y entre dans la journée pour le ménage. Je pouvais accéder aux restaurants le soir à pied en 3 minutes, ce qui est bien pratique. Si l'occasion de revenir à Montpellier se présente, je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner.

A friendly welcome from the owner, quite easy to find; clean and self-contained apartment/hotel-type room in an old building but with benefit of fridge, microwave, hob and kitchen-sink. It was an ideal location for catching trams and trains; close to station but we did not find noise intrusive. There was the convenience of a Carrefour and a pharmacy within a couple of hundred metres; main area of city centre 10 minutes walk. Not much natural light in apartment/room as backing onto high-walled garden.

Chambre très agréable et tout confort (spatieuse, coin cuisine bien équipée et salle de bain moderne, accès wifi...) juste à côté de la Gare donc a proximité de tout dans la ville. Juste dommage que l'Hotel (qui fait chambre d'hôte) ne soit pas signalé dés sa porte d'entrée qui paraît un peu "lugubre". J'ai passé 3 nuits et me suis sentie très bien dans cet hôtel.

Technically not a hotel but 3 rooms in the basement of an old apartment building. 2 of which have kitchens, not viewed, and our room which contained a small fridge, m/wave, kettle, toaster and crockery / cutlery, enough for our needs. The bathroom was snug but well presented, with a heated towel rail, compulsory due to lack of ventilation. Bed was adequate but pillows were thin, as seems to be the norm in France, if less than 5 star accomodation. The biggest bonus is the location for easy access to the train station, without teeth jarring noise of train movement due to subterranean site. Short stay only recommended.

Sehr nah Bahnhof. Innenstadt gut zu erreichen. Sauberes Zimmer mit Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher. Zimmer sehr klein. Mehrals zwei Personen haben keinen Platz. Zimmer liegt mit weiteren im Keller. Für kurzen Städtetrip völlig ausreichend.

Very nice and clean room with a reasonable price. The location near the railway station was great, we enjoyed our stay there.

The apartment is very central. Just over from the Railway Station - I left my window open so could hear the trains but the apartment is very quite. The room is a nice size with good bathroom and kitchen. It was so central. On arriving from the airport - I got the Airport bus and tram ticket combined. I got off the tram at the railway station. The accommodation is 5 mins walk. Walk pass the railway station and you will come to a large staircase - walk up the stairs then cross over the small road - you will see a small staircase and there is the block of flats. I enjoyed my stay- I am a single woman and found the area safe and plenty to see and do in Montpelier - the tourist office is very helpful and will give you lots of advice on transport and trips which are near.

very comfortable modern room with ensuite and small kitchen facility. The location next to the railway line was not an issue as the room was very quiet.
