Great location clean and well presented. Bed is very comfortable there are fly screens over the windows which is great and the air conditioning is very good. The pool is lovely too

There wasn't anything to dislike

The pool area was quite and relaxing Two asian housekeepers were very helpful and nice.

The reception staff was not helpful wheni checked in and customer satisfaction was not on her agenda. She had ignored my previous request that I made in advance for the room and given us a room that I didnt like. She told me that they were full so didn't offer an alternative room. The next day, I noticed that a lot of the rooms became available but we were still not offer another room despite we had booked to stay for two weeks. Overall I was not happy with the customer service a part from the housekeepers who worked very hard. The kitchen was not really fully equipped and provided the minimum. A lot of basic things were missing. The bar was not open.

Beautifully set in lovely grounds . Nice pool. Nit to far from fiscardo and a couples of restaurants nearby .

Nothing really . Had a lovely small balcony in the bedroom. Living room big ..but a bit dark.

The place is set in a lovely quiet grounds with a lovely pool.

We were in the attic room - must have bashed our heads about 10 times - very difficult to use kitchen with sloping roofs. Old fashioned walls/sheets. The bed was narrow/short and not suitable tall people. My parents had better room and were more comfortable so probably depends on which room you get allocated.

The road near the property can have some traffic which makes it a bit loud. If someone is sensitive to sth like that, it’s worth considering

en réservant en février et venant début juin nous avons eu une chambre avec vue sur le parking et sur la route principale pour un prix étonament élever.
