A few awkward steps around the property so needed to be a little careful
GBThe grounds of the apartments are well kept and very nice. The apartment was a good size with a kitchenette so we were able to make our own breakfast as this was not available. The bed was comfortable. Owners are very nice. The garden is lovely with sea views and the pool was a good size. Sun loungers and towels provided. Fiskardo is a few minutes away by car. There is a mini market a few minutes walk away. The local taverna The Old Stone House serves excellent food.
The property is near a road which is quite busy during the day.

Manque d’équipement dans la cuisine (passoire, couteau de cuisine…) et un petit sachet de café ou thé pour le matin serait bienvenu.

The pool was not open when we arrived in May. The rooms were a bit dated and so were the kitchen appliances. The sofa bed felt damp and there were areas that could have been cleaner.

Wir haben ein Studio bekommen, das deutlich kleiner war als die angegebenen 26 qm. Die Ausstattung des Studios war zum Kochen mangelhaft. 2 Tassen, 2 Gläser, 2 Messer, 2 Löffel, ein grosser Topf. Für Selbstversorger absolut ungeeignet. Geschnitten wird alles mit dem Brotmesser. Das Studio hat überall Dachschräge, so dass man ständig aufpassen muss, dass man sich nicht den Kopf stößt. Das aufgeführte Schlafsofa war nicht vorhanden und hätte auch garnicht mehr reingepasst. Die Küche ist so dunkel, dass man tagsüber Licht anmachen muss. Das Studio liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse, also bis in die Nacht hinein Verkehr. Der Balkon ist winzig und ohne Sonnenschutz; die Tür zum Balkon weniger als 180 cm hoch. Den Vermieter haben wir auf die Mängel angesprochen. Danach haben wir eine Pfanne erhalten. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist auch im Verhältnis zu anderen Appartements, die wir besucht haben, schlecht. Wir haben im September 25 für 4 Nächte 551 Euro bezahlt. Die Anlage wird kaum gebucht, was wir an der geringen Anzahl der Autos auf dem Parkplatz gesehen haben. Wir haben uns total unwohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit nicht wiederkommen.
ROIf you are unlucky enough to get an upstairs room, you will have a miserable vacation - Just like ours. After you struggle to get your luggage in the room on a long, steep and narrow stairs(see photos) you will be attacked by the very low ceilling above the bed. The host refused to change the room and also to return the money for our last 2 nights (because we decided to leave - this is the first booking, in over 15years+ of bookings on this site, that we decided to leave)
