El precio no concuerda con lo que ofrece, la alfombra pareciera que tiene 50 años, las sábanas tienen manchas, la cortina parece trapo viejo. Cobran 15 euros por un desayuno bufete que solo tiene jamón, pan y serial. No vayan con expectativas altas, está ubicado en una zona agradable, pero no es el gran hotel

This hotel is a bit on the dated side. While the price was very reasonable and the staff was very helpful, it did feel a bit run down and tired. If you are a budget conscious traveler then likely this will fit the bill as it is safe and quite reasonably priced for the area. To be fair we were there in the shoulder season and maybe everything gets tidied up for the ski season. As for the area Igls is a nice quiet area that is close to Innsbruck, I highly recommend visiting Innsbruck and Igls as they are both wonderful places to visit in the Tyrol region.

Location is brilliant and the staff are incredibly welcoming.Public transport into Innsbruck was easy to access. Eco friendly. Our beds were dreadful and the sheets were worn through in spots. The outside balcony had layers of pigeon poo which was unpleasant. The photos on the internet were taken some years ago.

Nice quaint chalet accommodations with balcony. Bathroom is updated. No coffee pot in the room. Compound needs upkeep.

Great place to stay away from the noisy city of Innsbruck. if you have a car. Updated bathrooms. Nice traditional chalet style feel with a balcony.

Wir hatten eine nur Nacht auf unserem Transit. Dafür war es in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber. Am besten hat uns das Frühstück gefallen. Insgesammt sollte die Lokation doch etwas aufgepeppt werden.

Ein schönes (Ski-)Hotel im Sommer. Nette Leute und sehr hundefreundlich. Schöne große Zimmer und eine wunderschöne Umgebung. Danke für alles.

Nothing wrong with the hotel, but Expedia page is a bit outdated. Good location and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, it was unclear that a bar or a restaurant would not be available on the Expedia page. No tea or coffee making facilities, I understand it was changed to a bed and breakfast sometime in the last year (if longer then I don't know why they have not removed the blackboard with tonight's specials). The seasonal outdoor natural swimming pond had fish living in it and was overgrown. Photographs show cable cars running past the hotel, this has now been closed, I would suggest for at least a year. We did feel like we were in the way when we played cards downstairs. The shared balcony was a security risk, I kept closing the windows to keep the room secure (and smokers air out) but the cleaner opened them, and as it was next to a door with no 'lock' - only a lift up mechanism, there was nothing to stop someone putting their arm through the window to open the door. No safe in the room. I understand that Austria has recently implemented an indoor smoking ban, perhaps the hotel should consider implementing no smoking on the shared balcony areas. All of our belongings smelled of cigarette smoke for the next 3 days even things that we kept in the bathroom.

Très bel environnement avec la nature autour et pourtant très proche d'Innsbruck en plus avec 2 nuits on dispose de la welcome card qui permet d'utiliser gratuitement les transports en commun et un bus y va directement a 100 m de l'hôtel un bon point pour la chambre bien équipée et facile d'accès depuis le parking
