De accommodatie was goed, jammer dat er geen supermarkt in het dorp Igls is.

Veraltetes Mobiliar, Eingangsbereich muffig - werde künftig gerne ein wenig mehr investieren!

A tad outdated in a quaint way. Comfortable and the location provided incredible views. I stayed three nights in summer and would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting a quiet stay to explore Igls or be near Innsbruck.

The hotel is located in a cul-de-sac away from traffic yet an easy stroll to the local restaurants and the bus service into Innsbruck.

Vi synes ikke, hotellet i virkeligheden levede op til billederne på nettet. Det var slidt og ikke så hyggeligt.

Quiet and ideal for a quick vacation away from.the hustle and busle of cities.

Stora rena rum med fantastisk utsikt. Hotellet var gammalt och passerat sina bästa år men välskött i behov av lite uppfräschning. För en barnfamilj fungerade det bra, men det saknade hiss. Frukosten under sommaren var ok, men för bättre betyg behövs det något mer för de pengarna. Upplevde servicen väldigt strikt österikist. Små barn (3-4) var inte uppskattade vilket jag vet, men kan hanteras på ett annat sätt. Fick samma känsla när vi besökte en restaurang i närheten. Finns ingen underhållning, lekplats eller liknande för barn alls i närheten vilket drar ner betyget.

Welcoming and helpful The free bus to either innsbruck town or to the ski station is 100meters down a hill and runs every 10 minutes untill 7.30pm Breakfast is provided if notified in advance @ 14 euros PP per day. Free WiFi throughout the hotel Room decor and wooden furniture is nice and fitting for the environment Cons Poor heating in room, we had 1 radiator which was always warn there was no termpature dial to turn heating up or down Sauna cost 10 euros per person per visit BBC world news and CNN were only English speaking channels. Foreign channels no subtitles available Major building work close by they start work @6am ( this is not the fault of the hotel) but wakes you up. No fridge . We left our drinks outside on the balcony to keep cold. I also brought food from thr UK which I had to throw away due to no fridge Hotel has no bar, despite the outside hotel sign advertising bar. Hotel is 100meters up a steep hill from the bus stop and 200 meters to the village of Igls where there are a few places to eat, shop and hire your ski equipment, but is hardwork walking up this hill when you have been sking alday. Due to room being cold extra bedding could be provided No kettle or condiments in unit Beds and sofa bed extremely squeaky No restaurant or evening meals provided No safe in room Although the room had twin single beds they were stuck together and could not be separated. The hotel room door does not lock, you need to use your key to lock the door from the inside, unless you ask for a second key, this could be a safeguarding concern as if someone wanted to stay in the room and the other person went out with the key, the door would remain unlocked, if you lock the door from the outside, you can't open it from the inside. I booked this hotel Purley for the ski in ski out, unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel I was told that this is not the case, the management having been trying to let the travel company know about this but stated they have had no response. The manager was very welcoming and helpful, and stated he changed our room to face the snowed mountains which was nice.if you want breakfast you have to notify him the previous evening and will be charged 14 euros per person per day, we declined. The manager emailed us the link for free bus travel to the ski station and into innsbruck town. We were only given 1 key which we had to keep with us whenever we left the hotel, this was because reception is only open at certain times of the day and evening and is not 24hours.As already mentioned, the hotel is 100 meters down a hill to get the free bus and a further 100 meters to the village of Igls where there are a few restaurants, cafe bars and a pizza restaurant, outside the bus stop is the ski shop, they were very nice, their ski equipment looked newish and was comfortable, 500 yards was a local spar which closes at 7pm and charge for bags. Next to the ski rental shop is the tourist information centre. When chdcking in the times is from 3pm, however we arrived early and were still able to check in. We checked out at 10 and were given a goodbye gift of a bar of chocolate which was nice. Overall, this hotel is nice and I would stay there again, only downside was the ability to turn the heating up and more bedding, other than that, they catered for our needs.
