The staff, rooms and views were all incredible. Lots of stairs so not suitable for those with difficulty walking or handling stairs.

Great llovayion. Get up early. Make sure you have your aerobic ability in order.

This property is not what I was expecting. Once you get your ride from the port / airport, you get dropped off at the post office and walk from there. You walk through the caldera going up and down narrow lane ways and steep stairs. The experience is definitely authentic! It was the most unique place I’ve ever stayed at. Views are incredible. Staff is great and very helpful. Very expensive (as expected for the area) but the drinks and food are actually cheaper if you stay at the hotel bar/restaurant. We would come back if we ever come to Santorini again!

Wonderful hotel and views are to die for

This lovely hotel is in a convenient location approx 10 mins walk away from Oia town centre. There is also a small mini market 5 mins walk away. Lots of steep steps around this hotel in order to go into town centre. We used the porter service the hotel kindly provided to help carry our suitcases during check in & check out. This service is really useful otherwise it would have been difficult to find this hotel on our own. Breakfast is lovely, good variety of options for vegetarians as well. Pool was nice, it is not heated so would recommend choosing one of their rooms with hot tub. Overall this place is kept very clean and the staff are kind and helpful.
