Amazing villa with excellent staff who knows how to treat their customers fully well. I’d like to recommend it to my family and friends so they could experience the same.

Loved it!

We had the Junior suite with a jacuzzi which didn’t work efficiently. The overall room was clean however there is not much privacy. Guest had to cut through our patio balcony area to get to their room. There are a lot of steps so limit your time back and forth to your room unless you love stairs. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!

Hotel is beautiful, location is perfect. But there's power outages for a couple of hours at night during our stay. Phone in the room doesn't work (they know phone won't work when there's no power), but no help offered. I used my cell phone to call their international number from their welcome folder, it didn't work either. I had to walk in the dark to the office, it's not safe at night, you can slip. The girl in the office was pretty rude. She said nothing she could do and she didn't know how long it would take. She sounds like it's my fault not to know these things. Someone said I can ask for emergency lights, and I have to ask, and she gave me. I wish they should come to our rooms and provide us with emergency lights once they know it would take a while.
