Gorgeous hotel with beautiful view of the caldera! We stayed in a premium room which had a balcony with great views! The room was lovely! Very comfy and spacious with good facilities! Breakfast was amazing served on a lovely terrace overlooking the caldera. Porters met us in the square and carried our cases to and from the hotel.

This property was absolutely gorgeous. Yes there are a few stairs to access but that’s the price you pay for a million dollar view. It is generally quiet with only ever a handful of people around the pool. The breakfast is generous and had many options. Sitting poolside in the sun taking in the view was the highlight.

The staff were very helpful and the views were incredible.

Its was a nice view from hotel

The hotel was fantastic! The ocean view is stunning, the staff was great, and the property was immaculate. We had a room with a balcony facing the ocean and practically had to force ourselves to leave the room everyday. Breakfast was buffet style with hot and cold options. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. All of hotel staff were professional and ready to assist the guests. There were only two cons to the hotel, the internet connection and the stairs. The internet connection was not very strong and had to be reset for us because it stopped working at one point. The receptionist quickly responded when we called and fixed it. The second issue is the stone steps leading to the hotel. Some of the steps are at an incline, which are a problem when making your way down. Some of the stones are also smooth and can make it easy to slip. They are not for the weak! The stairs in the hotel property are fine. You can contact the hotel before you arrive and ask for assistance with luggage. They will bring them down the stairs for you. Would we stay here again? YES! I hope this review helps. Happy travels!
