The staff was amazing

Premium in name but definitely not in feel. Aside from the large size of the suite, the rooms are extremely basic with minimal amenities. The hot tub was barely hot, and the temperature can't be changed as previoys reviews said. It was also very dirty with lots of dirt on the tiles surrounding the tub and a lot of debris in the water as well. The bathroom is extremely small and the shower has no door or curtain so the entire bathroom gets wet. Also very noisy - you can hear the neighbours very clearly. The pool is small but luckily I was pretty much the only one using it at the times I went. Can't imagine how crowded it'll be in the summer though. Lots of stairs as others mentioned, however the hotel porter's were amazing. They carried our very heavy suitcases to and from the bus stop for us. Definitely regretted moving from my cheaper but amazing accommodation in Thira to this one.

Its has a very unique location, however one must be able to do significant steps. One rowdy guest returning very late one night was only disruption to an overall great experience.

They customer service was excellent. We arranged transportation though the hotel which was very easy. They reached out to us and coordinated everything. The porters also brought our stuff to our room. The hot tub could be a little bit warmer but it’s a fixed temperature. Overall great service and location. Warning, there are a few sets of stairs to get to the hotel.

The breakfast was great and the view was beautiful! However, they had an energy issue when we arrived, so we couldn't use the shower, TV, bathtub, etc. The next day, the bathtub was still not working—in fact, it didn’t work at all during our stay. The staff said it was because of the wind, but it was actually due to the power outage, so it would’ve been better if they had just told us the truth. There isn’t a proper space for breakfast—you have to sit at small tables around the pool or bring it to your room. That said, the staff was very friendly, and they let us check out a little later at no extra charge, which gave us time to enjoy a sunny day before our flight.
